WHAT IS FUTURE BOUND?
Future Bound is a flexible workshop model that equips high school students with a sense of purpose and connection for economic sustainability and independence.
Future Bound reaches high schoolers through a series of one-day workshops that focus on breaking free from limitations, finding their north star, growth mindset, motivational speakers, relevant job skills, translating skills into passion, resume building, mindfulness, college and career pathways, interview protocol, networking, and job shadowing.
We work with students interested in a 4-year degree program, a 2-year degree or certificate, and vocational/trade school.
Most disadvantaged High Schoolers are "at risk of greatness" and unprepared for The Future of Work
● Unaware of their tertiary education options.
● Overwhelmed by the process and the cost.
● Lacking the mentorship and support necessary to complete their studies.
● Overpowered by self-defeating beliefs.
