My Story

Adriana Contreras is an International Attorney and Human Resources Professional, experienced in the US and Latin America with 18+ years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, and Business Law, Trademarks, Contracts, Mergers, and Acquisitions.

 

 

As Human Resources Professional, she focuses on Corporate Strategy, including Talent Development, Coaching, Mergers, and Acquisitions, KPI Alignment, and High-Performance Teams.

 

Adriana has performed transactions, both Legal and Human Resources, in different countries such as the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and some other countries in Latin America and the Caribbean for several Fortune 500 companies. She loves to work with diverse and multicultural teams.

 

 

Adriana obtained her Law Degree at Universidad La Salle in Mexico City, and a Masters's Degree in Business at Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. She studied an International Trade Law Ph.D. at Eberhard Karls University in Germany. She also obtained a one-year Diplomat in Human Resources and a Diplomat in Human Side.

 

 

Adriana has worked and studied in Germany, Mexico, and the United States and has been a General Counsel and HR Director in different companies and Law Firms. In 2010, she founded her Consulting firm in Legal and Human Resources Strategy for the US and Latin America, focused on helping start-ups in the US and helping US investors to expand and do businesses in Latin America.
