Justin Vawter lives on the fringe of education, a creative spark working tirelessly to redefine the educational narrative. After a decade in the traditional classroom, Justin and his business partner, Ben Koch, formed NuMinds Enrichment, an education company focused on creating real, inspired programs and empowering teachers across the globe to construct meaningful, 21st-century learning. 

 

Justin serves with SAGE on his local PTA, is a board member of the Gifted Education Alliance of Richardson (GEAR), took part in the TAGT HB3/State Plan Task Force Committee, and is the proud father of both an advanced learner and a twice-exceptional child. He holds a Masters's degree in Curriculum Design & Instruction from the University of North Texas which he uses to oversee curriculum development and instructional design. 

 

Justin firmly believes that with a responsive curriculum, inspired classroom instruction, and expanded identification, we can close the equity gap and bring advanced learning to the forefront of educational services. Through the use of donations, sponsorships, and a partnership with the non-profit, Education Unbound, NuMinds Enrichment has been able to provide enriched learning opportunities for children living with financial hardship--ranging from Syrian refugees to at-need families in Washington D.C., Dallas/Fort Worth, rural areas, and many more.

MY purpose is to facilitate experiences and hold space for OTHERS to help unlock their own innate healing and wisdom, a process that will reveal their own life purpose.

I happily and skillfully straddle the pragmatic and the esoteric and bring both to bear as tools for this individual evolution and healing process. I hold a Master's degree in Gifted Education from Southern Methodist University and have certifications in reiki, mindfulness training, Kita Sound Healing, and am currently completing certification as an Integrative Health Practitioner, a holistic approach that integrates Ayurveda, Functional Medicine, Naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Orthomolecular Medicine, and Eastern Philosophy. As a consultant for Proctor Gallagher Institute (PGI), I facilitate the Thinking Into Results program, a powerful and transformative journey based on the lifetime study and teachings of Bob Proctor (star of The Secret).
